I think it depends what causes the ED.
For me I have muscle/nerve problems caused by pelvic floor issues less a vascular problem. This is why pills are hit and miss.
I dont technically need the implant right now, but I tend to think about it when things get stressful.
Are you saying that they may be able to reverse the damage from an implant or am I completely misreading you there
