Maybe, but that's kinda non negoatiable. A cockring makes alot of difference in the erection quality. Besides, in my case, first tubing failure occurred in the section between the cylinders and the pump and I'm almost sure it happened in the exact same way this time. I try to be careful but at times, specially in the heat of the moment, we might put more stress in that tubing connection, for example, when covertly trying to pump while holding legs and licking pussy (well) at the same time. Takes some coordination.

Mine is sufficiently hard to do anything possible. I used cock rings before surgery. Can't imagine using one now especially w risk of damage to tubing. If your doc has no issue with it good on you but doesn't really make sense to me. I do use Cialis to puff up glans.

It's now just a matter of waiting for insurance clearance for the procedure. The surgery is expected to take place at the beginning of November.

I’m planning on having my surgery sometime in January (I need to have another consult with Hakky because originally I was listed as being an IPP recommendation, but need to get my case notes updated to MPP in order to submit to my insurance). But after lots of research, I’m now leaning more towards the Rigi10 myself as well.

Did you guys have infrapubic implants or penoscrotal implants?

As far as I'm aware there's more tubing on infrapubic implants.
