So, I didn’t feel like re-reading the whole thread, but do you plan on actually getting the “auxetic cuts” for girth? If so, please keep us posted; I’m very interested in this procedure and might want to get it myself, along with a CX swap, if Hakky offers it.

Hi Fckd1, just curious, why do you want to change for cx?

Firmer base with the CX.

Do you feel it's too wobly?
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

Hi, yep, on June 14th Dr. Hakky performed the auxetic cuts procedure. The short description is it cost me $345 total (not including flight and hotel to Atlanta) and it increased my girth .5", which is the average result. It achieved exactly what I wanted - LGX made me lose .25" girth. Now I got that back and made the 6" number at the base (drops a bit incrementally further toward the glans), which I wanted for purely ego reasons or whatever. Great for my mental health and confidence - great to not have a disproportional pencil dick. Much better success using it, too, and learned I need to go a lot slower now.

I don't know this, but I'm not positive if Hakky would do a switch to a CX and this surgery. I thought he was Titan through and through? Someone else can add to that if they know.

If you do want to read the full description of the auxetic cuts with a video of Hakky detailing the risks, a photo of my "degloved" dick mid-surgery, and how the price ended up to be so little, I'll copy/paste it here. Not terribly long, at least concerning my writing styles. (I like details, cause they're true, and I have the belief (fantasy) what I write is important for the future and great for men finally being willing to solve the ED after the size loss bullshit of implants is removed.)

2435tjklAS wrote:Update: As I explained at the start I was first implanted with an AMS 700 LGX and while I did like the device and have zero complaints, it made my girth slightly smaller, down from about 5.7" to 5.5". I think it's natural for all of us to look into possible solutions to problems like that. I heard of the tunica expansion procedure (TEP) and knew I would peruse it eventually. How it started is I began seeing Dr. Hakky who switched me from the LGX to the largest Titan classic, a device that supports more girth. Before then we had talked about TEP and he said we could do it about 6 months after the implant surgery. When I ended up booking the appointment I learn he refers to it as “auxetic cuts” and that his procedure isn’t exactly the same as TEP. It is also metallurgical in nature, which sounds very smart and I vaguely understand. He invented this himself but has yet to publish about it. Presumably it is safer and more effective than the TEP. As far as a description of the procedure, I don’t want to even try when he can tell you himself: https://streamable.com/3u5teg

June 14, 2025: We do the procedure and he sends pics after of me being “degloved.” I barely know what I’m seeing here and figured I should share:

Results: One excuse for waiting this long to post update is I thought my girth size would drop more (the other excuse being drugs). Shortly after surgery I recall measuring when there was still serious swelling and it was huge, but not something that would stay that way. My “official” measurements came a few weeks after that, and I thought they'd drop more but it pretty much got to 6" around the base and going down to the glans is slightly less increments but still larger than before and all of it has stayed that way. That’s what I wanted. When I told him at a follow-up I think he invented a procedure that’ll add half an inch to your girth (1.27 cm), he said he averages between that and a slightly lower number I can’t recall and I wasn’t recording then.

So, you heard the risks - if you want more girth, consider this procedure. He wrote about more length happening after 6 to 12 weeks.

And since none of you actually care about the size of my penis, we’ll move on to what you do care about...what does it cost?!?

I emailed the hospital where the procedures are held to get an estimate, and they first sent me this:

I saw $14,728.05 and was pretty happy with this rate. I had expected paying around ~$30k based on some information I've seen before on TEP. But...check the Payment options and I wonder if you know what they mean.

I didn't, so when I called in for them to explain it, they are truly discounts of that amount. If you pay $3,682.01 a day or more before the service, that's the entire cost.

Not bad. But, it got even better.

You heard him in the video say that this can be covered under curvature correction, and it turns out it was. This is all I paid:

Plus a flight to Atlanta and a hotel room and the (unnecessary) steward to transport you back to your hotel after surgery.

My health insurance is basically Medicare, I think. Called a Medicare Expansion Plan I get cause disability and I seem to get the same coverage older retired people would get. I don't know if some 25 year old with an implant would get coverage on straightening the curvature of his penis. But I am curious to if any of you know.

Now I recently entered the 6-12 month mark after getting the Titan and that is supposed to be when the most significant size increases occur. I've been getting 9" stretched flaccid and might get more. I need more time to recover for that and two unrelated plastics procedures soon that also take about 6 months. I know I'm happy enough where I am now and will be even more after full recoveries.

Thanks for the response.

So, you did gain girth with the procedure. Much like yourself, I lost girth with the LGX and wasn’t super girthy to start with. As for Hakky, I spoke with him over the summer and, yep, he’ll implant whatever you want—Coloplast, malleable, CX, LGX. He did say, however, that he’s not a fan of the LGX for reasons that are now becoming somewhat clear to me.

Did you swap to a Titan as well? Wasn’t that enough to get your girth back? Would you recommend the auxetic cuts procedure? I assume you aren’t experiencing any complications, like loss of sensitivity(?).

Firmer base with the CX.

The CX seems to have a higher rate of satisfaction over the LGX. CX is more stabilized and “girthier.”

Why? Are you not happy with the Infla10?
