This I can also endorse with confidence. I haven't been able to have sex for most of my adult life, from 20 to 34. I feel like I've been given the gift of a second life.

Don't any of you guys miss when you squeeze your glans and feel the blood in your corpus cavernosa?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

I feel the blood in my glans when I squeeze it. At this point in my recovery, I do also have some engorgement around the rods in my corporeal bodies when I'm aroused. I have no inherent interest in feeling the blood in my penis.

I can understand your perspective

I was able to have sex no problem until my early 30's and then have sex no problem with viagra until my early 40's. I didn't get much sex, but I was able to do it.

At 45 I fell off a cliff

I just wish I had enjoyed what was left of my natural body at that point instead of this drastic decision

Sorry Duke but get a grip. I’ve had more than my share of problems, inconvenience and plenty of fucked up surgical pain due to the surgeon sewing up my sack and leaving a raw nerve and inner flesh of my scrotum on the exterior of my body. That intense nerve pain lasted for two years until my third revision. I couldn’t take the time to fix it as the Covid lie was still in full swing in the lunatic blue state that I was stuck in while carrying for my special needs son and providing home care for my slowly dying crippled wife. So everyone that wants anyone to boo hoo for poor Marky can fuck off and get over themselves as far as I’m concerned. He’s only been implanted for just over two months and he needs to shut his freaking mouth concerning his discouragement of others to take on the challenge of getting an IPP. Fuck, he who seems to be a douche doesn’t even have an IPP he has an MPP, and he’s running his mouth denigrating the process before he’s shown the integrity and courage to see the process through. Again I’ll say it, he’s an immature whiny douche who most likely never learned any discipline and he’s here polluting this forum with his negativity. I would even commiserate with his issues if it at all seemed like, in virtually any of his posts, he were doing anything other bellyaching and bitching and running down the whole process. I say again, he’s a fucking troll sapping your sympathy like a vampire. Have at it.
And you know what else, when I got my first implant and my first revision, my life circumstances where somewhat different each time, yet each time I had to within 48 hours begin lifting my wife, in my arms, into and out of bed, onto and off of the toilet into and out of her wheelchair dressing her, not to mention dealing with my son’s needs. With each implant I had serious concerns and serious pain above and beyond what most people deal with. And like most Real men I sought advice and made the best of my situation, I didn’t, and I haven’t seen any other bionic brother piss on the intelligence and courage of the rest of the community like he who shall not be named is regularly doing. Who is what he’s doing going to be a loss to?

Why don’t you fuck off and stop telling people how to fell about their implant. You’re the asshole that told me I’m a liar when I tried to express my disappointment in my implant I’ve had for 8 years. Buddy if you like your implant good for you no one’s stopping you. Maybe you should accept the fact that other men have their own perspectives and issues with the implant.

“or maybe you have a very rare organ that doesn’t respond just like everyone else’s does.”

The above is a quote from my post to you and why I said that I don’t believe you. If you were not full of shit then why didn’t you call me out in the post? But yeah, you’ve got a “special” schlong that doesn’t lose size when not getting full erections, whatever. Ask any of the men on here who have lost size due to ED/prostate surgery you can’t, after losing size throw on pump and get anywhere close to their former glory as the tissue take considerable time and consistency for restoration to take place because the tissue shrinks, it atrophies. I got semi erections too but they were fleeting and my morning erections we’re fatter and longer than my flaccid size, a solid semi, but nothing close to the stiffness that’s required for penetration. That’s what you claimed for yourself. I lost size dropping from 7.8 to 5.5 inches. It takes time to get size back and if what you posted had any kind of validity you would have argued the point because I called you out as a flim flamer, possibly a troll. You probably need to grow up too. So dude you can fuck right off yourself.
Also, I’ve told no one how to feel about their implant and I think that you’re close to right on one point. Some men lack the stoicism to not make their “issue” a big vomit-fest all over everyone around them. Yeah, some sure do have issues.
As I said in the post that so offended you: “I’m more than impatient with watching caring people having to try and coddle BS artists.
Just sayin’”
Grow up.
