If you lose some sensitivity or have some numbness after things settle down, it's not guaranteed but possible that you may take longer to cum.
That has been my own experience anyway. I still have some residual numbness under the base of my shaft near the penoscrotal incision, although it is very slowly improving. When I first resumed sex I was taking forever to climax due to a combination of residual numbness and discomfort, and often couldn't get there at all. As the weeks have gone on I've regained my previous horniness and control. I can now get sexually excited and orgasm more quickly or take longer as I choose, and can climax every time from PIV sex. I recognise that historically you have the opposite problem but who knows, there could be an unexpected benefit. Wait and see, but yes you will definitely stay as hard as you want for as long as you want. That's the power of a bionic dick! :D

Sooo jealous of all you guys that have to take some time before you climax. To me that is a sort of good problem.

May sound crazy but ever since the procedure (5 days ago) the way I think about things has changed. I have this inner confidence that I’ve never had before in my life. When I’ve been so shit for most of life the only option left is to now actually improve.

I figure the absolute worst thing that can happen to me is I tap out in 30 seconds but then I can keep going (so I have been told). Again it may sound crazy but I wouldn’t even care if I couldn’t climax the second time round. I know I will just love the pleasure of being able to actually fuck for as long as I want to. And to be able to focus on and bring pleasure to my partner. That would be heaven.

What is a beautiful thing is that when I am say massaging my dick / balls (to help with the swelling) or even sometimes just thinking about the future possibilities my head, I definitely think that I am getting a hard on. Obviously I am not and can’t (the swollen dick can trick the mind I guess) but who cares, it feels great.

Just as an aside, I am obviously partially inflated and dick is pointing north in athletic shorts. When you guys got to the cycling stage (inflating and deflating) where does your flaccid dick actually sit? As in when you have put on your underwear and pants and are just going about living life.

That is, does it (and should it still be) pointing north or does it or can it ‘flop over’ and point south?

I've always been a North pointer and kept that IPP compass needle pointing North after surgery.

I think because of that, my pumped up erection now reliably points to one o'clock (NNW?), making missionary position as easy and good as it was pre RP.

I would definitely recommend new implantee brothers to keep it pointing North all the time after surgery to allow the newly forming capsule to adopt that shape.

I personally find that stuffing my dick downward into my trunks is now too uncomfortable.
RALP with 75% nerve sparing 10/24.
Some tumescence from 5 weeks post op. Erection improved with pills, stalling @ 60%
Frisky with young wife again. Implanted Rigicon 10X 20 cm + 1 cm RTE mid April 25.

1 pm is brilliant Dog. I've never been that in my life, maybe 2 pm in my youth. Post implant more like 3 pm.
But I have an upward curve which helps. I kept my dick pointing upwards for 6 weeks post surgery.
It may have helped with getting the best angle possible for my anatomy. Sex is now great and no issues with angle so far.
Flaccid I now just let it go wherever it's comfortable, but I have a bend to the right so naturally my dick hangs that way.
There can be a noticeable bulge unless wearing something very loose but I'm more than happy to live with that.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

Curious to know whether guys who habitually "dress" to 12 o'clock in trunks or jocks point higher post- op than those who tucked it under or let it hang in boxer shorts or even went commando pre an post-op.

Missionary has changed for me too because of the angle. Try putting pillows under your wife's hips/ass. Or something like the liberator pillow.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

Yeah, others have suggested this as well.

Me also, but easy fix. Works as well for cowgirl. And from there if you can get her to lock her legs around your waist its way better than laying down flat :)

I always dressed to the right pre-surgery, and still do the same post. (I tried to keep it 12 o,clock immediately post surgery, as recommended, but now that it's all healed it still naturally goes right. I think it used to point a little more down, but it was tiny when flacid (grower) so direction wasn't all that clear. With the implant (shower), it stays more directly to the right, like 9 o'clock looking at me from the front.
Implanted June, 2022 by Dr. Karpman. 22cm Titan with 1.5cm RTE.

Funny thing it’s only been 2 1/2 weeks since my implant and I honestly can’t recall which way the old fella hung pre IPP.

Obviously I’m still partially inflated and I am making a big effort to make it point north. I use my old underwear (some are like jocks, others like trunks) but in combination with some ‘athletic type shorts’ over their top that keep things tight and upright.

Even with that combination it can tend to want to lean a little to the right…..so occasionally I’ll stuff a face cloth down there to correct the angle.

I have even for most of the time worn the athletic shorts when I go to bed. I normally sleep commando.

I aim to continue to do this till they deflate me and start the cycling process ( I am scheduled to start at 5 1/2 weeks)

I am then considering buying a new set of body hugging bamboo underwear to them give me more support than the old underwear. I imagine I’ll still try and point the flaccid implant northward. Where it ultimately ends up I have no idea.

As a total aside, I find that it is almost universal for native cultures where the blokes wear bigger all clothing that they have some sheath they put over their dicks that all point north.
66 years old. Chronic ED since my early 50’s. Got to the point where high doses of pills were virtually useless. Did not want to proceed to injections. On 21 July 2025 implanted with Rigicon Infla10. Length 24cm, Volume 110ml, 1cm Extenders

How long between them? In my younger days I could cum more than once but only after a short rest.
