That's a great looking knob. And despite what others have said about the Tactra, the concealibility looks decent. Did you get the 13mm or 11mm rods?

Dick gets sore after orgasm, like different from normal refractory period.
feels like dickhead is getting pushed against something hard (which kinda is what is happening, but from behind)

nothing really bad, just uncomfortable.

Does your implant bend without you trying to bend it? Like does it bend unwillingly during sex? Are you able to have rough sex with it without it bending?

Did you lose any size from the malleable implant?

no.
it is just there, 90 % hard.

70% filled when flaccid, as in potential size.
, maybe 95% filled when aroused compared to former erection

does not bend in sex, similar to normal erection

i dont have rough sex, still get discomfort after surgery. less than 6 months postop.

4 months later, i sometimes still getting a sore tip, under the penis head... same discomfort that came after ejaculating/spasms after surgery.

happes somtimes in the morning, sometimes when walking...
it is obv. the implant pushing agains the tissue wall...
nothing painful, just discomfort... like sqeezing moderately hard the glans for a minute between two fingers

I think you should have been pain free after 4 months. It sounds like an issue of oversizing. A surgeon once told me that correct sizing of the rods against the glans is a headache for some surgeons. Because the rods must touch the glans BUT not touch it much. So, striking that balance is where the skill is needed. In addition to the fact that Tactra is a very hard implant. And may not be gentle to the tissues. Who is the surgeon please? Try a second opinion.
