Implant failure

Ok just out of surgery. Dr said there was a hole in the left implant. He asked if I did a Trimix injection, uhh no ( that's why I got the implant so I don't have to do that ) but I don't know how the left side had a hole, the left side felt partially inflated and the right side felt deflated. But this was different, in recovery it felt like I was kick in the scrotum and where the reservoir is placed it hurts like heck. Pain meds must have kicked in because it's tolerable now. Just glad this part is over and hope it works.
