I can confirm that. After I cum, my energy level falls off a cliff (even more than before implant, if you can believe that). I can still go on and still stroke like crazy, but really prefer to let my partner take over the heavy movements. Otherwise, by the time I collapse from exhaustion, she is still wanting to continue. Agfa13 was due to infection. Soon to be upgraded to Titan if all goes well.

But in his profession, why would flaccid be an issue? It's not like he's got to hide the bulge while he's "at the office", because his bulge is his profession. Being erect all the time has to be a big PLUS.

The benefits for me far out way the cons. I have upwards of 200-300 unique partners per year, I’m young, I live in LA land of the bulge assholes. Why would someone in early 30s want a implant with tubes running threw it poking out, and a pump so big it’s geared for 60 plus community to find, I understand to those married and just need performance but in my tier I need to both to have it look good and perform good which I was unable to achieve with the current market of three pieces and so far so good able to with malleable. To me the compromises are always hard vs still be insecure(because it’s ugly) in sex, making 3-4k$ vs 10-30k$ Per month Before. Maybe in few years when I change fields and decide not to give in to my urge to splurge with everyone I will go back to wanting my pants to fit better again but for now the choice is clear
