I will tell you that personally I was at my wits end when I found this site. Now I am calmly and positively working toward my solution. I have to get some other medical stuff fixed, then I am on a path to getting an implant.
At first the thought freaked me out. Now I am actually excited about being bionic. I have a titanium screw in my finger, somebody elses cartilage in one of my knees, and soon an auxiliary pump in my groin. Cool. At this rate I'm gonna last forever! My mental status has changed 180 degrees from when I started. I am looking forward to not only getting back in the game - but being better than before.
I don't want to suggest that ED and peyronies aren't a big deal - they are. But your dick is not you - it is just a hydraulic device that sometimes breaks, and can thankfully almost always be fixed. Success is not guaranteed (not much in life is) - but your odds of getting this fixed are very very high. As long as you take your time, be calm, be positive, do your research, and WORK WITH THE RIGHT MECHANICS (um ... I mean Doctors
