For the longest time yes but my anxiety over my own performance during masturbation has become so high that the internal battle will often result in a weak erection that won't last longer than a couple of seconds. Half of the time I'm horny and just forget it to an extent and stay hard at 100%. But I just failed just now. Was shit.

Don't get an implant. Get therapy + a strong anti-depressant. Maybe try some bensodiazepines until you get your confidence back. Try this first.

ED and morning wood

Postby xander » Tue Oct 03, 2017 9:29 am

I have venous leak that prevents me getting a full erection. I use a vacuum pump and cock ring to achieve one. However, taking Cialis 10 mg daily gives me a good morning erection that can last 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot understand the physiological mechanism that enables the morning wood but prevents a normal erection. One distinct difference I notice is that with morning wood my scrotum is loose, whereas with a sexually excited erection (using the vacuum device and cock ring) my scrotum is tight and almost flat at the point of ejaculation. Any explanations?

I'm a young guy as well. Realize that implants have many more complications for young people. You will likely need multiple revisions over your lifetime. Multiple surgeries mean multiple chances for complications, infections, loss of size, and wearing of the tunica. If you get an implant, there is no going back. This is a permanent decision.

Pills eventually stopped working. I would have never gotten the implant if the pills continued to work. Like you I don't think pumps or injections are a solution for a young single person. How do you say to your girl, "excuse me while I go pump/inject my dick?" It was laughable when doctors suggested this as an option for me.

I went to the top USA hospitals (Mayo, Cleveland, etc) to make sure doctors had no other solutions to treat the root cause of my ED. When it seemed nothing else would help, I then made the decision that an implant was the best option. Be skeptical of anyone that is certain you should or shouldn't have an implant. This is a life changing decision, and there are many variables that only you can fully evaluate.

As a man in his fifties who endured the plague of ED for most of my adult life, I regret wasting my youth putting up with ED.
I'm still in the recovery phase with moments of regrets, however, the biggest regret was NOT to tackle ED aggressively during my youth and wasting all these years putting up with mediocre sex life.
My advise is to be aggressively tackle your ED. If there is no definitive solution, go for the implant. Do not waste your youth chasing wind mills and the stupid "get hard" ads.

Have your testosterone level checked. I lost interest and started taking injections and everything was back to normal.

May I suggest that you create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Larry
