All of the above, bad Dr., failed hardware, bad health. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. About 6 years worth...

I don't post much here anymore. It is a sign of a satisfied customer. Dr. Karpman installed my AMS 700LGX almost three years ago. It has been trouble free. My size both inflated and uninflated is about 5.5 inches which is just about exactly the same as when I was in college. Its appearance is completely natural other than the fact that it is longer than average when "flaccid." I have to say I enjoy that, especially given that I am only 5''8" and 140#. it is fun in the locker-room.
So yes, I would do it again. My advice, too, is don't scrimp in the surgeon.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.
