I am also confused tho. From what i've gathered, after implant you can expect your penis to be more or less the same size as erect before, only less thick and not hard.
Which in my case, as some others here have said, would be very strange - i suppose i am a "grower" too, even tho i never reach some amazing sizes or anything... but still, my penis changes easily 2x when erect.
I can't imagine having it "full size" all the time. Going around with 14-15cm dick around all the time would be pretty uncomfortable.

But if it's "the size of my flaccid, stretched", that'd be pretty bad too since it doesn't really stretch much like that.
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Assumption is that you are talking about an inflatable implant (IPP). A semi rigid malleable implant (MPP) has different properties and is essentially erect all the time, but bent so that it's flat and stowed when not in use.

Probably much the same erect size eventually (after recovery and cycling). Smaller immediately after surgery is very common though.
Thickness (girth) is influenced by your own penile tissue and which brand/model of implant. My girth is similar to pre ED, maybe a little fuller.
In a flaccid state it can actually be firmer than your natural penis was, and unlikely to be softer. Mine is definitely fuller and firmer. Again it can be influenced by brand and model of implant. You control the preferred hardness of your erect penis simply by pumping it.

I went from about 2 x flaccid to erect, to now maybe 1.2 X. Most seem to go from grower to shower.

Not full size but much longer than pre op/ED. After a while you don't even notice the extra size unless looking at it. You get used to stowing the extra length and I don't usually find it uncomfortable.

But if it's "the size of my flaccid, stretched", that'd be pretty bad too since it doesn't really stretch much like that.

On the operating table the surgeon will dilate (stretch) and measure your penis internally to determine the correct size implant for your anatomy. It will stretch further than you think.

I was a a grower but even fully limp I had some length hanging down. Now that I have a maleable, I am fully erect all the time. Fortunately I can bend it down so it is not overly noticeable. I am 10 months post surgery and my penis is not a problem. I can say that I am more aware of it. Hell, I'm horny like a teenager lately. Knowing that I am able to have sex after 20 years of decreasing ability is amazing. I wouldn't let the increased visibility get in the way of having the procedure. If you can have an inflatable device, I think that they are more conceable. I wish I would have done this 15 years ago
