I think most people report an initial length loss, that generally recovers to original pre-op size over 3-12 months as the surgical capsule stretches, provided there is aggressive cycling during that period to facilitate the stretch.
For girth it’s all over the map, some report increase, some decrease, some no real change. Everybody has different anatomy and tissues, plus different implant types, so these things are highly variable.
i def agree with that part about girth being all over the map. im scheduled for surgery in a few days and im worried about losing girth. but it seems hit or miss. for men who have a natural girth of 4 inches of course youll report a gain. for men with girth over 6 inches it seems to always be a loss.
