Yes, I would recommend and do plan to have more filler in the future. The filler certainly helps diminish the oval appearance. However, if you do decide to move forward with the filler, it’s important you follow aftercare instructions so the filler does not migrate.

JWBinDC That second picture is because of a filler migration? Was it HA filler or a different kind? And what did you do wrong which caused the migration? or could it be the injector's fault?

Would love to see the opinion of anyone who tried HA filler injections.

I just got an implant and the plastic tips of the cylinders do not reach my glans, they kind of "poke" and are very noticeable to the touch if someone where to jerk my penis. Was wondering if some fillers could soften this to the touch and make it not so obvious that i have some plastic inside my penis.

I have the same issue but it’s only one cylinder. The left cylinder seems to go up far into the glans but the right one doesn’t go as far up and girls have made comments to me that it hurt them during sex.

Is this purely an issue because of glans engorgement? Would it be less noticeable if the glans would engorge a bit more?

Has anybody found some kind of solution for this?
