I can easily feel tubing in my penis after implant. Anyone Else?

I had penescrotal and my tubing shows when sitting down mor so than standing and the pump is front and center. I think its cause its a cx preconnected and the xtra tubing makes it show. Good thing im older and married so i not too concerned and pump lays sideways when sitting as well.ive a uro appt in march for follow up and have a lot of questions for him and he usually trys to rush me through! I'll slow his roll this time!!

Wow.... I didn't expected this from someone like Kramer.

I dunno. Google ‘Kramer Urologist controversy’ and you’ll get an eyeful of a guy that doesn’t seem to have his personality in check in recent years. If someone can be so sloppy with their professional image, I’m not surprised that they would be sloppy elsewhere.

He was actually the first surgeon I reached out to based on previously positive references from FT members. My sign that something was amiss was when I received bounced emails and disconnected office lines, and I never managed to reach him. Ultimately, I’m grateful for that missed connection, as it gave me the opportunity to find a more down-to-earth doctor.

I finally saw the resident Urologist at the VA and he agreed that Dr Guise attached the connections to high and would confer with her about doing a revision to fix it. He agrees with Dr Eid that it's easily fixed. Hope so, she's his boss at the VA and I hope egos don't factor into this. Otherwise I'll fly to NYC and have Dr Eid do it if Medicare will pay for it. Hurts everyday after three months, especially after sex. I use Tylenol and lidocaine 5% spray to take the edge off. Frustrating situation. Otherwise it works fine, feels great.

If you go to see Dr Eid, he might be able to give you a revision and eliminate the RTE's, just use 23cm cylinders, that would move the tubing even further away from the shaft. Might be just as easy for Dr Eid if he is going in anyway. Something to ask about.

@howling8 hey man I pm’d you. Did you end up having the telemedicine visit with Dr. Eid? Was he able to tell you what the easy solution was? I’m guessing the only solution is to take it out and put in a new one, right?

A couple of comments. Seems to me that if the repair is easy & the issue is readily apparent. Then why did it happen? I would suggest that Dr. Guise should explain why. Perhaps she'll learn a little trick.
Warrenw quotes a 23cm cylinder. I'm not versed on the Titan cylinder lengths. I'm thinking that the next size up is 24cm & Eid would do his trick of trimming some off. I think this is actually a very good suggestion.
About Eid trimming implants. There must be a limit to how much he can trim. I say this because I'm fairly sure that I've read of members that he used RTE,s on.

I had surgery with Dr.Eid about one year ago and I have a tube that is noticeable on one side. It was not as pronounced at the beginning. During arousal my testicles are more hard an it's less noticeable, but when testicles are relaxed it's there. I attach a pic when I lay down an testicles relaxed (the situation where it's more noticeable). Anyway i have no issues about that. Eid told me that it's just a cosmetic issue and to do nothing if doesn't bother me.

Did he say what the solution would be if it were bothering you? I’d take whatever risk necessary to not feel this tubing anymore.
