Seperatec works for me. It doesnt hurt. If I use any other underwear it hurts a bit..

Been my experience that the unfortunate reality of most things is when you spend a little more what you get becomes a little better. I've tried Seperatec and lots of other kinds of pouch underwear, but when Amazon sells 3 for $30 compared to 1 for $30 somewhere like Andrew Christian, the one that costs more wins.

Agree. Never tried this one but looks good. Also the issue is if we buy 1 or 2 its fine but I cannot think of getting 10 or 20 of these. Over a period of time it adds up.. Also Its not always more expensive is more better- as long as it works for you its fine. Not to live with something thats not comfortable( but happy since its cheaper)..

You may think I'm crazy but I bought 12 (yes) packs of these at a local department store (75% off).
If I had known of these 20 yrs ago I would have loved it.
51 YO, Indiana, had ams 700 cx done 12/8. lost decent length due to fracture, scarring, and peyronies but gained a bit of girth (don't cycle it until post op 1/19/23).

you find these boxers by andrew christian fresher and more breathable than separetec, i saw that they are not made of cotton, they are 90/95 polyester and 5/10 elastic, i'm afraid they are little or less breathable than those in separetec cotton

I'm 8 days post implant and I find nothing comfortable. My balls are the size of a grapefruit (but getting a little smaller each day) and my dick is very sensitive. I tried the suggestion of a baby sock over the head, but all the skin on my dick has pushed forward making to look like a turkey vulture wearing a very think turtleneck sweater. Any underwear I wear feels like too much pressure and I feel raw in the crease between my sack and my leg. I know time will take care of many of these problems, but i wish it would hurry! LOL

I guess I’m an outlier here but I found both the Sepratech & David Archy dual pouch underwear to be extremely uncomfortable. Not bad when first put on with the penis perfectly aligned to the pouch hole. However, as they ride up or move around during the day, I have to readjust constantly to avoid pain from the pouch hole edges digging into the penis base.

Secondly, the penis pouch is only 4.5” deep from the center of the hole. I’m a little above average and my glans is always pressed tight into the pouch bottom which is very uncomfortable.

My intention isn’t a knock on dual porch under wear. I haven’t tried all the brands and both Sepratech & David Archy dual pouch get some rave reviews. I personally found a baby sock and my old David Archy bamboo single pouch underwear worked best for me during the first couple weeks. Now only use the baby sock for long walks.

My point is, there isn’t one solution that suits all. This is a great collection of options. But in the end, everyone needs to do a little experimenting to find the best solution for their own anatomy.

Hey guys, looking for first hand recommendations for quality boxer briefs that have extra support without being to heavy on the other areas? I see a lot of options on Google, but hoping some of you have come across some really good ones.

Less than a week post op and I’m sticking straight out, not sure if that will change over time given the size and the location of my peyronies is fairly low on the shaft.

I found on Amazon called Real Men Bulge Enhancing Pouch Underwear. They are silky, but hold the penis & scrotum well. I recommend them highly
