2 month update:
My girlfriend and I have been enjoying my new bionic penis to the fullest. Truly been having the best sex of my life. AMX implanted 6/15/2020. Age 45, struggled with ED for 10 years due to veinous leakage. Tried pills, pumps, shots with no success.

I also had Titan. It is almost 2 years since implanted.
My Titan never softened up and still is sticking out at 45 degrees when fully deflated and always looks semi erect and it is hard to hide it when wearing scrubs.
