Here are 3 more pictures. One illustrates how much too short my implant is for my penis. This is why the end flops or folds back during sex. The other shots are to show that the pump apparatus sometimes shows and at other times it does not.

Genome: You probably have answered this in previous posts, but have you considered a revision ? Looks like at least an inch and a half too short and maybe a longer cylinder would fix you up.

Couple questions about this. First what's the cost of this and do insurance providers cover it? Secondly, is there a change in size for better or worse? If so, how and why?
