I only feel my implant when my dick is touched.
I only feel my pump when I shower or touch my balls.
I am getting used to my new bigger dick. Special pouch underwear now my new wardrobe.
Pumping is easier. About 40 pumps to an awesome erection
My dick is always semi rigid because of the implant.
I love my AMS 700 CX.
My dick looks and hangs normal (now 6" due to implant)
Absolutely no regrets.

Can I ask why the pouch undies? At about 100 days out now I am trying to find a comfort regime for my GF's new best friend.
The Titan bend does get a little uncomfortable from time to time.... I usually squeeze a few pumps in and straighten him out but it is then pretty obvious I have the beginnings of a nice boner and have to deflate.
It's not a major issue but some tips on comfort would be appreciated

Dude,
With a new 6" flacid, my pouch briefs hold me just right. Full support. I really like the feeling. Regular underwear gives me no support. I get them from a company in China called Banggood.
They're inexpensive so I can buy more if I need them.

I will soon be 8 months post by opp. I have a big dick that works and couldn't be happier. Anyone keeping count? Seriously, my journey has been so much more than a man getting an implant. I have become part of a family. A family of 'bionic' brothers. Men who have touched my life forever. Men who have eased my anxiety concerning my surgery. Men who have given me much appreciated advise and council. Men who have become authorities concerning my dick that they have never seen. I am honoured that so many want to see my amazing huge pornstar dick. Get real. I am so pleased that there are some of you who value my council and honesty
And recognize my sincerity. Sadly I have met those so embittered by life's circumstances that they take their frustrations out on me. I feel sorry for them. And then I have met men whose friendship I will cherish forever. It has been an awesome journey and it's just beginning.
Donnie
Implanted and happy.

I have met implantees I never knew existed and now have friends for life. None of this would have happened without Frank Talk. God bless you guys for starting this site. I will forever be grateful for Frank Talk. Forever. If you're visiting, join us. You don't have to face ED alone.

I echo ddbyan's sentiments. You guys have made a difficult period of my life so much more easier to deal with. My questions are answered, my fears are quieted. I feel so welcomed by the brotherhood and I thank God for all of you. Being here makes you realize how important it is to speak with someone who shares your experience. In the past when I had tried to broach the subject of ED with my friends and colleagues, everyone acted so macho as if they had never heard of the term ED. Makes you wonder, if ED is so rare, why are viagra, cialis and levitra the biggest selling drugs around.

You guys are doing Gods work and are in fact saving lives, cos ED eats away at you emotionally and mentally.

Thank you

There's a lot og guys out there that think it's not manly to have ED so they suffer in silence.

Thanks Larry,
This forum should be for positive support, not personal vendettas. We need more posts like this. Thank you.

DDBryan,

I don't think is a good idea to validate those inappropriate behaviors by posting your private medical information! Be the adult in the room, and if they continue with their tantrums, the will be the ones facing the forum's consequences.

Where are the moderators? There is so much hateful shit and inappropriate comments being made in many topics. Topics are getting way off topic in favour of hateful BS. If they don't have the time or inclination to do the job, they should step down.
