The disadvantages are premature failure of the device either caused by improper installation at the time of surgery, usage, rejection, infection, cost, more difficult to use, pump failures, tubing failures, and the list went on and on in my mind when I had all 4 of them fail within 4 years, also I like how he says in the video, once they fail, they can just simply replace it,,,, yah thats simple.
I know what I know from my own nightmares with the IPP's, might be right for some, but not for me, the wifey don't want to grab my dick and be afraid it's going to break every time we have fun
It's Sunday - Funday,,,,, and I know for 100% fact that my MPP is in it too win it today without a worry in my mind.
Of course there are advantages and disadvantages in anything you choose, but why are the IPP's pushed right away with most everyone that seeks a PP, I would say the old saying of (Follow the Money)

Well according to these posts my implant which is a Rigicon might be doomed in 5yrs or less since it has only been on the market since 2019. The video of the Genesis bending and failing no way of knowing if the guy was drunk one night and fell face first and damaged it. I do know recently my dr. told me if I had a Tactra implant with the same size rods as my Rigicon 13mm I could not be able to bend it and hide it .. and he is the largest implanter of mallabble implants in the country and does over 300 implants in a year .. I guess time will tell and time tells all does it not?

Great points easymoney. Tactra's bend memory is really poor on the 11mm and 13mm rods. He has made a video trashing Rigicon Rigi10 as well. We can smell a rat here. He seems to be a Tactra cheerleader for sure.

The surgeon does seem to be a little bias, I'm just over 2 months post op and the wifey has been having a ball, compared to the IPP's I have had, there is no buckling, no pain, no tubing coming apart, no pump issues, no leaks, no problems so far,,, and yes I just knocked on wood,,,, if anything starts to go bad,,, I'll be the first to post any issue at all with it plain and simple.
If anyone is going to wreck a dick it's my horny wifey, and trust me,, she's been giving this Genesis a fucking workout that would make a porn star blush,, if she can't break it, I don't even want to meet a chick that can.
If I get 5 years out of this Genesis malleable,,,, I'll for sure go and beg the surgeon for the exact same implant.

Last hope I think if you look him up he was a large implanter of the Rigicon a few years back .. then dr. ghumpa or something like that has now created the indian implant which is just 2 silicone rods nothing inside of them. This was done because in india there is no health care system that pays for implants so it's all self pay. What I am amazed by is how many of the indian patients seem to be in their 30's and 40's. Makes you wonder if diet pays a part in ED wonder if anyone has ever looked into a connection?

Easymoney, India is known as the diabetes capital of the world. I suspect that has something to do with it. Unresolved diabetes damages the blood vessels, and ED and cardiac issues often follow closely behind, like a train, isn't it? Someone hypothesized that blood vessels may be smaller for South Asians, leading to early plumbing issues (ED, stroke, heart attack) if cholesterol and triglycerides are not controlled for decades.

That is an interesting fact about india .. china also has that problem from what I read .. could very well have something to do with it.

The Genesis is still going strong,, the wifey loves to lay out in front of me putting on a fingering and toy show to get me engorged and ready for her continuing malleable durability testing,,,, they should hire her for there quality control department.
