I've had both. The Titan touch pump is MUCH more comfortable. The LGX cylinders are much more comfortable flaccid. The Titan gives me a MUCH better erection though. 2 months and 4 days out the Titan flaccid is still quite uncomfortable and I will put in about 9 pumps in it part way through the day to smooth out the kinks and make it more bearable. It is almost amusing that you can feel and hear that thing make a crunching noise as I pump it up from flaccid to erect as it expands. Reminds me of a potato chip bag. d

My Urologist showed me models of both implants. The Coloplast was just to thick for me and I didn't like the bend at the base. I thought the AMS looked more natural. My erection is quiet hard enough for my wife. Dude, you got a dick that works. What more can a man ask for?

My life has changed so much since I got my implant. I have a new family of bionic brothers to ask questions and share stories with. I have met implantees I never knew existed and now have friends for life. None of this would have happened without Frank Talk. God bless you guys for starting this site. I will forever be grateful for Frank Talk. Forever. If you're visiting, join us. You don't have to face ED alone.

I am 7 months and 8 days post implant. To those of you considering an implant.
I only feel my implant when my dick is touched.
I only feel my pump when I shower or touch my balls.
I am getting used to my new bigger dick. Special pouch underwear now my new wardrobe.
Pumping is easier. About 40 pumps to an awesome erection
My dick is always semi rigid because of the implant.
I love my AMS 700 CX.
My dick looks and hangs normal (now 6" due to implant)
Absolutely no regrets.

I echo ddbyan's sentiments. You guys have made a difficult period of my life so much more easier to deal with. My questions are answered, my fears are quieted. I feel so welcomed by the brotherhood and I thank God for all of you. Being here makes you realize how important it is to speak with someone who shares your experience. In the past when I had tried to broach the subject of ED with my friends and colleagues, everyone acted so macho as if they had never heard of the term ED. Makes you wonder, if ED is so rare, why are viagra, cialis and levitra the biggest selling drugs around.

You guys are doing Gods work and are in fact saving lives, cos ED eats away at you emotionally and mentally.

Thank you

Even though this incredible 'journey' has come full circle, from October 4, 2016 till now, my new life as an implanted man is just beginning. Thanks to an awesome Urologist and a recently discovered 'routine, I am now back to my pre opp measurements. I have had no problems so far and I am very grateful. Thanks to all of you who have joined me on my journey. Please use this dairy as an example of what to expect on your own bionic journey. Please feel free to PM me anytime. I will gladly 'show and tell' anytime (strictly educational) just PM me if interested. It has been a trip. It has been a hoot. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

And I'll gladly do it. Anytime, but only at my house with my wife at home. I wish I had seen, felt, and watched an implant work. It would have eased my apprehension and answered a lot of questions.
Donnie.
Nehedia, how are things with you now?
