This is completely untrue and the kind of false information that pushed me to get an implant before I absolutely needed it. They can absolutely tell, unless you never plan on getting a blowjob ever again for the rest of your life. There are hard tips that can be felt in the glans, there is palpable tubing in both the scrotum and sometimes on/under the shaft for some men (depending on the skill of the surgeon and the man’s anatomy, and there is large hard pump in your scrotum that the woman will feel immediately if she touches the area. Having had both pumps the AMS is significantly larger and more palpable than the new Titan pump, but both would be felt. The implant is an absolute last resort when all else has failed, and should be treated as such. Unless you have an absolutely perfect result from your surgeon, this things might stand out even more like they did with me after my implants with Kramer.
