Just kidding. Listen to your Dr. and you wife. Time will pass faster then you think and you will be fucking up a storm.

Can you imagine if you proceed quicker that Dr's orders and you end up with a 4 month set back... slit my wrists instead. :D

I was always scared about "proceeding quicker than doctor's orders" and ending up in the ER with a fucked-up dick because I couldn't control my horniness. ;)

So I followed my doctor's orders, yes sir! :|

Atta boy David. If you carefully read some of the posts on here you will see that there are several Frank Talk members that proceeded to cycling or having sex before any decent doctor would recommend... Oh well, it's there dick.

Thanks to everyone who has replied so far. The interesting thing about this doctor is he is the one Coloplast referred me to. Also, this urologist is the one my endocrinologist (Diabetes doctor) said if he needed an implant, he’s the doctor he would use. He is also the urologist my wife has seen for the past 33 years or so. He is the one that I initially went to about my ED concern 27 years ago, sent me home with a Rigiscan machine. When I returned he said I was still having erections in my sleep, not as firm as he would normally see for a man around 30 who doesn’t smoke and appears perfectly healthy. He thought I was stressed over my new job and not to worry. Fast forward 15 years latter, I get my diabetes diagnoses. (I actually have been on insulin for 12 years, only the last 8 years taking 4 shots a day, before that twice a day.) So in a way I blame him a bit for not sending me for a diabetes test back then, it may have saved me from ED. Anyway, back to the present time. I saw my regular urologist Dr. Z, this morning to get his opinion on who he would suggest do the implant. He said in town it would be Dr. F, the one who said he use a 12cm implant. If I could travel and insurance would cover it he recommended a Dr. Boyd at USC near LA CA. Dr. Z said that Dr. F was probably just using an educated guess with a 12cm, because it’s actually during the surgery that they do an official measurement. Dr. F comes highly recommended, I have an appointment latter this month. Thanks again for the replies, VegasED

VegasED, I agree you really do need another opinion. The shortest implant I have seen on here is 18cm. Myself, I have 20cm + 2cm RTEs. That gets me a 6" erection, although implant length doesn't necessarily follow erection length.

I guess there are implants made shorter then 18cm, but pretty scarce. Dr. Karpman is well thought of in CA.
