Implants change our lives. A useless dick makes a man feel less of a man (my opinion). If all you can do is piss out of it, or possibly masturbate, but can't have sex it can be devastating. My magic implant greets me every time I shower or bathe. I can even pump him up anytime I want. Except at work. The implant is the greatest invention for men with ED. I love my new dick.
