Lol 6 o clock not 6 inches. What I'm curious to know is if it points down when flaccid.

it looks and I guess it feels like a malleable implant. I cant think you can do everything normal in your general life without an Impact at normal hobbies. How can someone go to a public pool or make Sports like Squash with a 16cm penis.
How was your flaccid before the implant? how does it feels when you make normal Things like running, Swimming, a being at a nude beach....
hope your ok with this big flaccid but for me it would be a Horror....

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I'm glad things are working out for you guys. Flaccid still is a problem for me 3 months out. I finally got the Titan to latch and then I can use my underwear to hold it down, but this causes discomfort after 30 minutes or so. So I have find a bathroom and switch it up.
I'm not used to walking around with my penis pointing up, but I'm getting there. I bought a little cover for it called "manhood" (made in Canada) and that helps stop the constant rubbing of the glans and urethra.

Wasn't that called a "codpiece" in Elizabethan England?

My dick is noticably larger since my implant. From 3.5 on a good day to a now 6 all the time. I have seen flacids with a Titan and AMS and I believe AMS gives a more natural appearance. This is just my personal opinion. Others may disagree. My flaccid hangs like a big dick.
