There are a lot of studies. Like I said, a number of good ones show gains of less than a cm for different ipps. The ones that show modest gains tend to be ones where participants were instructed to cycle. The study you cite shows that on average guys lost length with the LGX, so I’m not sure what the point is : “All subjects showed increases in penile circumference and width. Overall, there was a slight decrease in stretched penile length, likely due to postoperative fibrotic changes, lack of glans tumescence, denervation atrophy, hypoxia, apoptosis of penile erectile tissue, capsular contraction, or a combination of these entities.”
The thread you provided was discussing how the LGX is designed to expand lengthwise, and does so in laboratory conditions. But it does not say anything about actually expanding penis size.
I’m not gonna read some random blog.
My understanding from several years of reading this here site is that the LGX does a good job of fighting against certain conditions that might lead to shrinkage. But the data is pretty consistent in showing that LGX’s are not really any better at expanding dick length than the other implants (which is not at all).
But, I grow weary of debating this with guys that don’t really know what they are talking about. Clavell knows infinitely more about this than you or I, and there is your answer. If you want to do the whole “do your own research, sheeple” routine, be my guest. But the fact remains there is virtually zero scientific evidence that implants are making dudes dicks longer than what they were pre implant.

Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

I have to say, this is pretty much what Ralph told me in my first consultation with him. The length expanding implants are just all marketing. Makes sense to me, otherwise, unless undersized they would cause erosion.
