Titan guys erection angle + pump positioning question

My surgeon, Dr. Hakky, said that getting an upward angle with an implant is unlikely, at least with the Titan. The saline weighs more than the spongy tissue it replaced, and the weight of the cylinders works against you too. If you have a large implant as I do, you’re likely to get a slight downward angle.

Not ideal, but look on the bright side…it’s a great setup for reverse cowgirl…

100% agree, my experience similar and that's an interesting/plausible explanation I never thought of. Pre-implant with oceans of Trimix in me my dick was somewhere between 2-3p angle. Post-implant max inflated it's 330p. It has not mattered in the least to us.

I don't know if you saw the updates in my thread, but I actually have ended up with a strong 2 o'clock erection angle, which is a welcomed surprise. Though as hard as the Titan gets, it's possible that angle will make some positions difficult at anywhere near max inflation. There's no "perfect angle" for all positions!
