UPDATE day 2 - Slight to Medium pain in the testicles but bearable, trying to get used to this huge buldge at the front of my pants for the next 4 weeks before i can deflate it.

Once you get the mummy wrap off you can angle up or to the left or right with compression shorts. Makes it easier not to "bump" into things.

It's done slowly and carefully at this point in time. Mine doesn't really want to lean left easily so I go right or straight up.
