GoodWood, same question. At week 5, I'm just too sensitive to bind up like that. At your point in time, is it uncomforable at all? The implants are very sensitive at the tip for me.

Wow it looks like you have huge girth! Is the tight underwear putting pressure on the implant tips in the glans?

The underwear doesn’t seem tight to me.
Krakatoa has been really comfortable. No pressure any where.

The Sepretec and David Archey brand underwear with the separate pouches hurt my glans. The glans of my penis was pushing against the bottom of the pouch. The pouch wasn’t deep enough.

I was told to keep my penis pointing up for the first month. I wore a babysock on my glans, a jockstrap with a horizontal slit made in the pouch so the glans could poke up without being crushed by the waistband. And I wore boxer briefs over that so I wasn’t bare assed all day. LOL.
