Secondchance, when did you get your implant?
At 6 weeks out from surgery I could barely get in 10 pumps, but that was because of pain and having a new pump that needed to get broken in. The stiffer implants do usually take less pumps to get very hard. I don't have the same implant as you, I have the AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extenders. At 6 weeks I could barely get my dick pumped up and I measured around 5 inches, but at or around 6 months I was back to my normal length of 6.25 inches.

I’ve been struggling a bit with missionary and other positions. I’d say my cock is at a 3:30 angle, but I don’t think that’s the problem.

1) I’m out of intercourse practice. It’s been 10 years since I’ve had a lot of it! Practice makes perfect!
