Hey Discovernew, I'm having very mixed feelings to be honest. If my health insurance changes and starts covering revisions, I'm considering a switch to an IPP. I'm curious whether it might enhance my sensitivity, possibly due to a more relaxed state of the corpora cavernosa and a fuller girth, which might provide better PIV stimulation.

My experience with the malleable was affected by the choice of a subcoronal incision on an uncircumcised penis, which led to a prolonged period of foreskin lymphedema.

I also experienced reduction in PIV sensitivity.

I do appreciate the ability to have sex or masturbate for longer periods, but I also miss being able to enjoy quickies.

LastHope, I only have one data point, which is that I experience more sensitivity when inflated at 85-95% compared to being inflated at 100%.
Also my wife likes 85-95% as it works better with her contours inside.

I agree TooYoung. I'm also all about reliability. But a reliable car with no soul (PIV anorgasmia in my special case) can still be frustrating. Some say never own a BMW outside of manufacturer's full warranty. I drive a Toyota now and it doesn't hurt to lease a BMW once to get an experience. That’s why I won’t dive into this IPP hobby until I get solid insurance through work that will cover revisions.
