Have you had your hormones checked, wolfpacker? That could be the cause of all your issues.

Yeah, my T is pretty average at around 550. Want to get on TRT to bring it up higher but it's tough doing that in the military

Well, if you do get your TEST checked again, don’t forget to check FREE and BIOAVAILABLE. Those are much more important than TOTAL.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Peno-scrotal incision.
Affects the underside from the point of incision to the glans.
Thanks

At 12 weeks I still have numbness underneath from the penoscrotal incision to about halfway up my shaft.
Fortunately I still have good sensation in both the frenulum and glans.
I've been massaging the numb area every time I take a piss, and have started to get a small amount of improvement.
Whether it's from the massaging or just natural healing I don't know, but might be worth a try.
70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery going well.

You have no reason to get on testosterone.

It isn't good to go on it unless absolutely necessary, because it diminishes your own natural production.

If you regret the implant, you will regret that as well

Yeah I would definitely expect to be on it for life if I did get on it. Still could be worth it to boost from low-normal T to 99th percentile for me. It boosts blood flow to the penis and increases horniness/manliness/energy
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

There are methods apart from synthetic T. People have gotten great results with Clomid; hCG is another.

I did think about Clomid/Enclomiphine actually but read a lot about people experiencing permanent vision-related side effects which scared me way out of trying that

Yeah, ototoxicity; happened to me when I took Cialis. Best bet, actually, is hCG: natural, and won’t shut down your HPG axis.

Isnt it satisfying to release that energy? And you can probably fuck for longer and make girls more satisfied than the usual guy who lasts 6 minutes on average, right?

Whats obvious to me though is that this is something you only do when your dick really doesnt work anymore and not in my case where its getting smaller and more fibrosed overtime.

Sadly it seems like a roll of the dice. How much bloodflow you keep, if your tissue erodes over time or not, if you can orgasm during sex etc.

Russian dick roulette.

I could have a very weak erection for a couple of minutes. I could still have great orgasms through masturbation of course.

The reason I'd go back is mainly because of all the comfort related downsides of the implant. It's often hard to find a truly comfortable sitting position, being active in sports or swimming is a pain, etc. It has brought down the non sexual aspects of my life in a major way. Also, the penis itself thins over time after you get the implant so you feel less and less of your own squishy natural tissue as the years go on .

How is your thinning now Wolfpacker? Have you experienced extreme devastating thinning? I saw you write a comment about awful thinning recently. I'm 34 and now considering an implant. ED is pretty bad.
