Do bigger implants lead to a bigger penis? (revisions)

i had a revision started with basically a AMS 18cm LGX in 2017 little over 6 years......... on revision received a AMS CX 21cm in 2023 i didn't gain any length but didn't loose any either i did gain some girth with the CX hope that helps some

Rdn, thanks for the input. Actually the 18 lgx extends all the way up to 21 when fully inflated. But the CX has more girth. So it seems consistent with the results you got.

Do you notice any other difference between CX and LGX? like which one feels more natural, or if one takes longer time to inflate than the other. Or any other difference?

I got bigger implant on revision and lost a good amount of length. The new implant has a larger diameter so my new girth is much larger. I can only figure the total stretch is the same, some of it is just going sideways.

Yeah that would be logical. Like the total volume of the penis might be the same, just shaped more towards length or towards girth but holding the same amount of saline.

If you had to choose between the two, would you prefer to keep the girth you have now, or the length you had before?

There was someone who posted they gained a ridiculous amount of length upon revision, writing to thank the surgeon, saying his wife was over the moon. It was met with disbelief and mockery, however in amongst the conversation he commented that he had lost a great deal of length upon his original surgery. Seems the original surgeon had blotched it and way under-sized. This was years ago, I remember it because of the way the post unravelled a plausible explanation, it was very funny. I'm not sure where they are now but God bless them.

Maybe you refer to user "jwdetails" If i remember correctly, he gained over 1 inch real penis length. But when you look at his procedure, he actually had a tunica expansion procedure during the revision. So we could attribute the growth to that. Hard to say if the implant alone would have made any difference in size.

I was better with the longer length even though is was a bit skinny. The new shape is very wide. Even wider than my original penis. Looks odd now as the shaft is now wider than the head.

i thought the LGX had a better look limp but this CX is going on 2 years and it looks fine now doesn't look like your running with a woody the CX WAS ALOT STIFFER TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE LENGTH BACK OR I THOUGHT...still stretching some but the LGX did also i think was good having the LGX first helped when i had my revision at least i think it did but i do like that little extra girth form the CX both were hard as a rock no real difference there....and revision was a lot easier i would have no problem getting another if needed ... and probably will have one more in my life time or at least my doc said at my age probably one more lol

Hrc is your penis round or oval/flat? And did the change of implant change that somehow?

My new implant is better already.. the tips go up around 2/3 up the glans... it's just a sturdier penis now...
Unfortunately I've never measured bone pressed and in the last couple of years I've list a lot of weight and got around half an inch or so more dick from getting rid of fat... so I will never be certain.. but what I am certain is the bigger Implant makes my dick feel stronger...
Ralph is excellent, I panicked when I got my first implant but with cycling and healing I got my original size back yes!!
I couldn't recommend Ralph highly enough but I've heard he might be retiring soon
