I'm been gone for a while - when things are going well, you really do disappear from FrankTalk. Just wanted to come on here to say that things are going FANTASTICALLY WELL. A few bullet points in no particular order:
- All the pain is pretty much gone. When I stay 100% inflated for an hour or more, it can start to hurt around the head.
- Saw a bunch of girls after recovering, no problem doing any positions, sex was really fun (cowgirl hurt initially but not anymore).
- I have done anal twice, no issues whatsoever getting in there.
- No complaints from any girls in terms of discomfort, or feeling it's too hard.
- Implant has been super reliable.
- I met a girl I really like, we're dating now. I partially told her about the implant, made her feel the pump, she's cool with it.
- I have a dog ear on the left side at the base. It doesn't bother me at all. It's visually noticeable when I'm lying on my back, but I don't really care at all.
- I get good glans engorgement, especially with 5mg cialis.
- I seem to be at or very close to my original length. I'm trying to be better about cycling daily.
- Dick looks a bit flat when inflated and unaroused, but looks normal when inflated and aroused. This does not bother me at all.
- My left testicle has remained a bit higher that the right testicle. This does bother me a little bit (I wish they were level) but it's not a huge deal.
- The scar area is a bit lighter-skinned than the rest of the scrotum and slightly noticeable, but it doesn't hugely bother me.
- I excuse myself to go pee to inflate, and say I need to clean-up to deflate. Sometimes I manage to inflate under the covers or while giving the girl oral sex.
- The pump squeaks, makes it difficult to inflate with the girl sometimes.
Overall, I'm super satisfied with the results! Hope this helps anyone.
Hey returntocenter - great to read your update and that everything is going well for you! Out of curiosity, when you were researching your options did you ever consider a malleable or discuss it with Clavell, Hakky, or Eid? I ask because I’m a little older than you (31) and I’m currently evaluating my options. The things that ultimately turned me off of the IPP was because I’m paying out of pocket and some of slightly higher risk of device failure + need for more revisions as a result. But on the flip side, the IPPs are so excellent with the ability to inflate & deflate and also the fact that generally speaking IPPs are great for length and girth preservation.
Would love to hear your feedback on your approach and long-term strategy with managing revisions, etc. Trying to source opinions from the younger guys on here since I know there are different considerations for us! Cheers, hope all is the best.
