I'm related to this particular thread but related to your post is an overall theme, have you tried inflating it less than maximum? Like maximum is supposed to be uncomfortable for a little while, it's stretching things out and you shouldn't even need to be near maximum to be able to have good penetrative sex/oral with a solid hard on.

Not to hijack the thread but my TRT is pathetically low, but it falls just within the bounds of normal for a man my age. How was your TRT? And how did you go about getting some kind of TRT therapy was it out of pocket or did your insurance cover it? I think it's around I want to look into especially since I'm going to be going into bariatric surgery later this year and I want to gain as much muscle mass afterwards as possible to help reduce the excess skin issues I'm going to encounter.
