Since I started injections my dick hasn't shrunk. I did lose some immediately after the RP but then I lost some tubing as a result of the surgery. Post RP I did also do VED therapy but that's been infrequent past the 1st year post RP. I never measured pre-RP but now aroused and with a full injection erection I'm about 6 3/4" BP and under vacuum in the VED about 7 1/4". Scaring seems OK but then no one has cut me open to look.

I got my implant at 31 and it was best Decision at all. Injection not so good when you have different sex partner. Embolisation have a risk long term problems and it's a step which I prefer not use

As per my urologist it is not allowed to do this surgery in Germany. And he has told me that he has seen it can work for some time but for patients it is painfull.

I dont think you have much to think though. Pills and injections dont work, so even in the really rare cases (<1%) that you get a complication from the implant surgery ,still you have nothing to lose,.You are the perfect candidate for the implant. Either get implanted and enjoy a great sex life for 30-40 years with multiple revisions or just stay alone your whole life. I am way younger than you(24) and when injections stop working for me ,I will get the implant immediately. I dont want to lose years of my life no more

Annoyed, I was going down the deep end with some addictions because Im about to get an implant and I just couldn't wrap my head around it. Now I just look at the upside as you can see above.. be alone and constantly worry about weather you can perform and possibly loose a great love of your life over it or just get the implant and on the next revision get the improved Titan and Upsize! No one runs out of revisions from what I hear. And you can have 3somes too and satisfy multiple women. Just my 2C

How many years did you use bimix? You stopped because of scarring or it didnt work anymore?

About 4 years. It stopped working. I even tried quad mix and that didnt work.
