At 6 weeks I had no pain at all when pumping up and no pain during intercourse, at 10 weeks you should be golden. I think you will be surprised how "normal" your new normal will be. I did have a little apprehension on first insertion, but that went away quickly when I realized I had my dick back. So the angle of dangle might look impressive if it is point high, but in the scheme of things, it really doesn't matter once you are in.
