Pump “dimples” at max inflation

My uneducated guess is with others that you’re simply out of fluid. I have my post op coloplast sheet that shows size of cylinders size of reservoir and the amount of fluid he used. In my case he used the biggest reservoir because mine in just under the surface as I had double hernias with mesh. His idea was to use the larger reservoir so it.

Hold flatten out more than the smaller one maxed out. He used the maximum amount suggested on the sheet.

I'm in this same boat. A reputable, high-volume doc told me it just happens when out of fluid. Thankfully, my max pump is rock hard at that point. It's beyond what I'd like for sex, but the length and girth are great. I'll keep cycling, Perito-ing and using the VED to hopefully get the cylinders comfortable enough for sex at max.

We'll see.

I guess flat pump bulb is fairly common.
I was implanted 9/12/2024. The first time I hit flat pump bulb was 5/1/2025.
I am still doing the daily implant cycle routine and I normally pump to "flat bulb" each time now.
As others have mentioned, at this level of inflation I am very hard; therefore, I do not suspect a leak.
My wife prefers me to be less than max pumped for sex anyway.

Since I am running out of fluid I guess my cycle and grow journey is coming to and end.
I still have that significant stretch sensation for the time being.

Hello everybody, coming up on my one year anniversary of being implanted.

Pumping to the max has become very easy, but when I get to the max on the last squeeze the pump dimples in and doesn’t go back to its original spherical shape until I press the release valve and deflate. Anyone else experience this? When I feel it during maximum inflation the pump has a “caved-in” feel to it.

Same here, one year in. Yes, mine “dimples” with max inflation. There’s no more fluid in the reservoir.

I posted on this thread over a year ago with a pic of my info sheet. I dimpled… ran out of fluid at just past the one year mark as did a friend of mine implanted by the same Dr. now I’ve had my implant over 3 years so been running out of fluid for over 2 years when maxed. Still get that stretch feeling in girth every time I pump for sex which is about twice a week. Obviously I didn’t have a leak. Still assume the Dr used the max suggested by manufacturer so it is truly maxed. At this point if you run out of fluid I feel your done with exercises as any further growth would mean less pressure. When I maxed out fluid I only pump for sex or for personal use. It’s done all it can do at this point.

Those few times I've gotten the flat tire, then later, after playtime, one click of the deflate buttons and the bulb pops right back into its full rounded orientation. On one occasion when the bulb did this thing, we were max inflated and having vaginal sex and we wanted to switch to anal. We use less rigidity for anal so I clicked the deflate and my dick went down to, I don't know, 25% or something on its own. Stayed resting in her and waited a minute or so, then was easily able to pump back up to 60-70% and switched to anal no problem, and the bulb remained rounded for however long then. Deflated normally afterward.

Interested in others' experiences, if for no reason other than to alleviate the little "there's something wrong" voice that unfortunately can arise when something out of the ordinary happens.

You are six years out from surgery, and have the maximum sized implant Coloplast makes. Your reservoir was probably at max capacity or near so to start with, and after you’ve stretched things out over the years you are using up everything in the reservoir.

If anybody was going to run out of fluid, it would be someone with a 28cm implant with some years on it!
