I have an LG X and I started Ved two weeks post-surgery. But only very very gently. When I got a little more aggressive later on down the line I realized that my right cylinder which was already bulging on its own was bulging a little more right after I used fully inflated Ved. So after that I always fully deflate. Never had any more bulging issues but I can see where I could damage the cylinder permanently with it fully inflated. I think it depends on the pressure that you're using. But the LG X is much softer than a Titan. So I don't think you can compare the two.

Cartman,

Sorry, I was out of the country. I keep my implant deflated while I pump. I use high pressure when I pump but I recommend that you do what is comfortable to you. I also jelq, inflated.
