But for those who did the implant just for themselves, how many of you had any assistance from your spouse during the entire process? I am having trouble figuring out why mine should even be told since there’s no indication she cares about sex.
Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.

Re: Anybody Here In A Sexless Marriage But Going Forward With Implant?
Within several years of becoming married I realized a) I had married the wrong person and b) I would never be monogamous even under the best of circumstances. Our first child was born with significant disabilities and that sealed the deal. I would remain fully committed to the family, maintain the marriage but supplement it with outside experiences. I also discovered that I was somewhat sexually addicted and sought to strike a balance without letting my urges get out of control. My main outlet for 30 years has been Asian massage parlors. I limit the activity to about once a month in order due to the expense and not succumbing to the urge too much. From time to time I have also taken up with a mistress, always someone married and living out of town. This combination has kept my urges satiated and built important sexual memories. The mistresses I’ve had have all been diverse and exotic : black, Asian, foreign etc. the variety has been very nice. So sorry for the long answer but yes I would most definitely get implanted even if my marriage were sexless.

I can say from personal experience that this was mainly for myself. My wife gets the benefits but I wanted it for me and feeling like a man again.
Exactually ! I did it for myself and I enjoy the masterbation. My wife does get Horney about once a month. I hated the shribbled up nothing I had after RP (cancer). Now enjoy my 5.5 inch flaccid.
Good. I jack off more than I have sex LOL

I think us older guys with older wives need to realize that the only reason she's having frequent sex is out of habit. Far too many guys like me flirt with impotency for far too many years before getting serious and taking care of the problem. Once that habit is broken so is the sex
