Hang in there. You are through the hardest part. (Most difficult part?? Maybe “hardest” should be reserved for other ED related discussions.

Congrats on the new you. That’s awesome.

Day 3

Went into the clinic this morning and got my drain removed, penis deflated, and taught how to use the pump. I am not to start cycling for 3 weeks. The nurse said he thinks I was probably 90% inflated, far more than the 60% I thought. My guess is probably more like 80%. Time will tell.

Doc was not there, but his nurse was. He said that doc ran into scar tissue and had to "do some extra work". He said the right cylinder tip part is likely due to the rotation of my glans. He said that spot should grow extra tissue, but as I get aroused, the glans will engorge helping the tips into the glans. I suspect as I cycle the tips will naturally grow into the glans anyways. I am going to trust the process and try to stop worrying about this issue for now.

Taking the drain out was pretty damn uncomfortable, as was him deflating me! But once deflated, I felt so great. Actually, today I felt amazing. I felt like I could have gone back to work today, no joke. Instead, I played it smart and took advantage of staying home and lounging all day.

My flaccid penis is now interesting. It sort of crinkles when you touch it. Its also got a bit of stiff/roadkill to it, but I think it will grow on me. It sits like a small erection right now at about 3:30 or 4. But I expect it to soften over time. I'll hit the hottub and sauna heavy once I am allowed. The dog ears are there when deflated, but not a concern to me, they are softer than expected. I am able to hold it down or up in my jock/underwear when deflated without issue.

The bulge is not as bad as expected, so I happy about that. I do seem to autoinflate quite often. Doc just says to plan on deflating everytime I go to the restroom. Which I have been doing a lot. I've gone pee every 2 hours since the operation. Losing all that blood and drinking a lot of fluids has kept my bladder full.

The pump device is hard, but the bulb itself was softer to pump that some have said. I am really lucky because I have almost zero pain and swelling in the scrotum. I am able to manipulate the pump with zero issues already. I am pulling it down as far as possible every 2 hours, but my scrotum is so tight due to TRT that it naturally pulls the pump back up. I think I'll hop on HCG when I can find some to get the balls and scrotum back to life again.

My glans did engorge after accidentally kegeling after urinating.

I did start BCP151 and TB500 tonight. These are healing peptides that another user recommended and should also help w my partially tore ACL.

Hopefully my healing continues and others also can heal as quickly. There probably won't be any major updates over the next few weeks. I can't cycle or get into water for 3 weeks so its all just the daily healing till then. If I stay ahead of schedule, I may start to cycle a week early as I know some start cycling week one and I feel good.

I'll update this post with a YouTube link to this report soon.

NSFW pic from the end of day 2 right after taking guaze and jock off...Its hard to measure right now due to the swollen nature of everything including my pubic region. It seems that I am at 14 or 15cm long (stretched was 17, but erect was maybe 15 or 16). Girth I am at 4.75inches, which is the same size pre implant.

Great result! Very little bruising for so soon after the surgery.
Congrats on a great result.

Day 5

Doc gave me the go ahead to start cycling today. Did that for 45 mins without issues or too much pain. Hoping it helps move the tips a little further than they are now (just to the glans). If my tips don't grow further, I will likely have "floppy glans".

Right now it is taking about 7-10 pumps to get 95%. So I would imagine I have tons of room to grow.

Scrotum is finally a bit swollen with bruising, but not much pain there. Lower portion of the shaft was pretty bruised the past 2 days, but today only the upper shaft is still bruised.

The flaccid bulge is a bit worse than I realized. Putting it up really makes a big bulge. Putting it down help some, but can be uncomfortable after a bit. To be honest, keeping my flaccid in any position is pretty uncomfortable so far. Its my biggest complaint right now. Today, I deflated as much as I could, put it down + to the left with David Archys on (pouch for shaft), and then put a jock over to help keep it down and not a huge bulge. It mostly hid the bulge decent. But I was annoyed/uncomfortable after a while. The dogears do actually begin to get tender. Lots of tenderness still, so hopefully in time pointing down won't be too much of an issue. Can't imagine having to wear underpants with a jock over the rest of my life tho. You know that tenderness feeling of a big big bruise? That is how most of my dick feels 24/7 right now.

I measured at 13.5cm long, 4.8 inches in girth at the base and 4.5 inches in the middle (without spong. engorgement).

I emailed Dr Tatem today regarding the tips/glans issue, here it what he said

" your anatomy was asymmetric distally. You actually had shortening of your left corpora compared to your right and your right was a little inferior and lateral compared to your left.

I checked several times and gently probed both measurements more than once to confirm. After some consideration I actually placed some additional rear tip on the left to allow that more ability to stretch and match the right with time.

You are 100% ok to start cycling. Regular stretching is going to be essential for your long term success. Also, what you see now is going to be different compared to what you see after some rehab and with sexual stimulation. Even if you took a viagra before intercourse to stimulate glans blood flow you’d see a difference.

Looking forward to chatting soon

-Dr. Tatem"

Day 6

Cycled 2x for 45 minutes. Even though I just started cycling, its getting easier and more comfortable. Having sex with this thing right now would not be pleasurable though. Still too tender.

The Christian LaCroix underwear I've been wearing today make a huge difference in how my penis feels throughout the day. Super lucky to have randomly tried them out last night. Going to wash them and wear them tomorrow too.

Things I accomplished today..
-Took kids to barber, son and I got a haircut
-Took daughter to outdoor mall, carried her most of the time, got ice cream w her
-Rode a bike w daughter, was tough to sit on seat without pump interfering, I didnt test it too much
-Went on a short 1-2 mile hike, daughter on shoulders or in arms 80% of it
-Mowed
-Shot around (basketball) for 10 minutes

Hopefully I don't regret it tomorrow.
