I am probably in the minority here.
I never even asked my wife about it as far as getting approval. My body was not working. This would fix it. Found out about implants. Scheduled it and got it. Not sure what my reaction to her would have been if she had told me she did not want me to get it. It would not have been good.
For me, it is the same as a knee replacement or anything else. Somethings broke. There is an option to fix it. Did it. Don't worry about it till it breaks. Then fix it again.

18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

I’ve always found this a very strange topic, I would imagine that most of you have picked wife’s that are feminine, loving, caring etc so if your partners are, then it must be down to fear for you. If it’s down to any selfish superficial reason why the hell you with a person like that?

Hey man, I couldn’t keep it hard(venous leak) from 17 till I got the implant at 26...
it’s going great man I got a high volume implanter in England and have it 8 years now and still going strong!! It has changed my life immeasurably

I guess this support thing goes both ways because you always here about wives who want breast augmentation and their husbands say they are fine...anyway, I digress.
