Attached is a pic of my last revision. As soon as I started cycling I felt a small bump, smaller than a pea and began to enlarge daily and got larger with each pump. Your issue looks very similar. BTW this is also a Titan 22 cm.

How is your revision going now ? any bumps in the new one ?

The revision worked perfect, no bumps or aneurysms, until last week...I sprung a leak. Currently preparing to schedule a revision.
The failure had nothing to do with the cylinders and seems to be a pump or tubing issue.

I'm due for some good luck, hoping 5th time is a charm and lasts 5,10 maybe 15 years 8-)

Wow,,, I don't know what to say about that,,,
But I wish I never started this at all.
These things cost a fortune and they don't hold up ?
There should be some class action law suites brought against some of these suppliers..
5th time,,, my god,,, I'm rooting for you..

This has been talked about before. Many men in the world get implants and only a small percentage find this site. And the ones that do and have great results many times are not around after things are up and going well. So what you see on this site is a skewed picture of men who have implants. There are things that can go wrong and there are failures. And no doctor is perfect. Even the best have reoperations. The really good ones just less than the others. But yes 5 in such a short amount of time is extremely unlucky. The odds are really good that man will have his implant last for 10 years. Some much longer.

I have an AMS 700 penile implant. I was implanted 01-08-2020. The only problem I have had at all was one Saturday morning I was pumping and my little bulb deflated and froze. I had to get on phone with a few of these wonderful guys. I was able to get to re inflate and all is well to this day. Anything is going to have problems.I just thank God these implants are available to us guys that have to fuck and can’t because of ED’ Diabetes or whatever. I am thankful for what I have and no problems other than one I stated. It was just a hurdle that I had to jump over. Kind of like a flat tire. We hate them but shit happens.

Thanks Driver. I'll be OK, just a run of bad luck. I believe what Newbie 443 posted is true, that we many posts about IPP failures here on FT because of the nature of the community here. I believe most implants are successful and we don't hear from them often.

Knowing what I know today I would still make the decision to get an implant.

I'm rooting for you too, for long lasting success with your revision.

Well I just got home,, they opened me up and found that the internal sutures did not hold due to the prior surgery.
They done a double stitching on me after they put the cylinders back in place,,, and used stitchs that last longer before desolving,, they also removed both RTE's and said it will be a better fit.
Said that my healing time should be 6 weeks now before inflating,, and when I do I should only inflate to about 80%,,,
I guess I seen the surgeon for about 4 minutes,, high volume bullshit..
But his right hand man Dr. David Yang took his time and explained everything they seen that went wrong and took charge and made me feel confident about what they were going to do.
All went well and I will continue to share what I know,, and continue to educate myself on a few things here while I heal up.
Thank you to all of you for your support and advice..

Very happy for you that it is figured out and resolved. At least you will have a piece of mind about the cause. Now it is your turn to take care of it. I believe you gonna enjoy it. 6 months will pass quickly.

I KNEW that was the problem. Those tissues just don't bind together and heal as well after they've been cut open before, scar tissue edges just don't meld together as well as native tissue that is stitched together the first go around. Glad that's all it was and didn't have an infection or to get a whole new implant put in. Good luck!
