Finally, you should also check Prolactin, as a level out of range can and most often will cause sexual issues.

Thank you Merrix and waynetho for your input. I'll mention Arimidex (Anastrozole) to my surgeon when I have my next appointment on February 18. Coincidentally, my surgeon ordered a blood draw for Prolactin this coming week but he doesn't expect it to provide much diagnostic help since my T level is so high.
Unfortunately, as waynetho alluded, after 2 months on twice a week 0.5 mg Carbergoline tabs, it hasn't changed my inability to orgasm/ejaculate. And this is in conjunction with using Oxytocin nasal spray and 40 mg Cialis a few hours before sack time, in addition to my 5 mg daily Ciasis tab!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Well, as I said, taking Arimidex if you don't need it will make you feel like shit and is flat-out dangerous.
First step would be to test your Estradiol.
However, if your doc tests it the standard way (i.e. the test designed for women), it won't mean much. The lower threshold for what levels the test can score will be too high. You might get a result such as "<X", where X is already too high for a man. So make sure he does the high sensitivity test, which can show accurate levels even on the low E levels men have compared to women.

You're also taking a pretty high dose of Cialis...
I remember back in my pill days, high dose of Viagra and/or Cialis made it more difficult for me to come.
Have you tried without it and noted what happens with your orgasmic function?

Good luck.

I agree that 40 mg of Cialis, especially on top of the other helpers I take (Cabergoline, Oxytocin nasal spray and daily 5 mg Cialis), is a lot of medications. Obviously, over the past 6+ months I've varied the dosage -- including none -- and there isn't a noticable difference at any level.

Hi BL, one thing that might help with long-term post-op healing is anti-oxidant creams, like Vitamin E, CoQ10, Vitamin C creams (for skin), and others. Vitamin E comes in a honey-like oil, some beauty products have a special Vitamin C that can be absorbed through the skin, you'd need to try it for 3+ months, if you use it sparingly it will last longer and have better results.

Nerves can be funny, they grow back slowly and then improve almost overnight. Hopefully this happens for you.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Thanks for your suggestions, frwmw1. However, as I've posted before, I was orgasmic and ejaculated most of the time prior to implantation, but not since. So, I believe that the situation is quite different for men who have been implanted than for ones who have not.
The feeling is different, the sensitivity is different. At 9-1/2 months post-op now, the healing is done. I recall another member aptly describing the normal sensations leading to orgasm/ejaculation as "building blocks". I'm not getting out of the STARTING blocks.
What I feel from my wife's touch and sucking is pleasant...it just doesn't go anywhere from there!!! After yet another lovemaking session with my wife that ended once again with a failure to launch, I was so ramped up that I masturbated with my favorite pornographic videos for ONE AND A HALF HOURS before finally having a short orgasm and a weak ejaculation.
Here's a list of remedies I've tried that have not worked...
-- Daily 5 mg Cialis plus another 0-40 mg of Cialis a few hours before the onset of sexual activity
-- Twice weekly 0.5 mg tabs of Cabergoline
-- Bi-mix and Tri-mix urethral gels
-- Oxytocin nasal spray
-- High end vibrator for men
-- A few puffs of Sour Diesel Sativa medical grade marijuana (to increase sensitivity, according to the literature)
-- Shellfish for dinner (aphrodisiac)
-- Abstinence from maturbation
-- A beautiful, experienced and talented wife, greeting me in sexy lingerie
-- Blood tests done within the past few weeks show that my testosterone is WAY ABOVE normal range (865) and my prolactin level is virtually undetectable.
My surgeon claims and there's nothing in my operative report to suggest otherwise that nothing happened during my surgery to cause this problem. My surgeon has nothing more to suggest.
