Cold, smaller, and much less sensitive after the implant. Sad but true. It helps if you only have sex once or twice per month :(. And it especially helps if you don't view porn/masturbate.

Sensitivity and feelings with an implant

I had my implant in January 2020. Did not see a reduction in my sensitivity after implant. I do think that it is fair to give yourself several months before trying to make a comparison. I think my sensitivity has gotten better as the months have gone by. It got better and better.

Thanks @notaes and @wolfcreek for the replies.

Wolfcreek, can you please argument more? For example, how much time ago did you have the surgery? Which implant did they give you? U got peyronies or RP or what else? Did you go with infrapubic approach or penoscrotal? Who did the surgery?

thank yuo really much for your patience but please understand my anxiousness in reading this..

Hiya, it's been a month later, do you still think injections are better than implant? A few people post on the injection forum that they got sick of worrying about prolonged erections and went with an implant.

Yep! If injections regularly worked for me, I'd have gone with them. The thing about injections, pills, etc...You can always decide maybe you don't want to use them for a while, or at all. When you get an implant, it's committing to the rest of your life with that implant. When it breaks, you have to get it fixed in what may be a costly surgery. You have to deal with any dissatisfaction forever, because there's just no going back.

Mind you, I'm not dissatisfied, though I miss my old flaccid. But I try not to think too hard of the replacements I'll need to get someday.

Ehy hopeful, so if i ask you "Would you get implanted again?" what would your answer be? And how much is your overall satisfaction from 1 to 10?

I'd have to say I would get implanted again if given the choice, since pills and injections didn't manage. Ask me in a decade, not sure if it'll be the same answer. Hope so!

Satisfaction right now is 7/10. It's great for sex, but I'm only having sex for a little while each week! As I get more used to the thing, I expect my score will come up a bit.
