Wanted to post a picture of the icing machine I used since surgery. Found it on Ebay for a little over forty dollars and it has been great! I feel like it's the reason for my easy recovery and keeping the bruising down. Of course Dr. Hakky get a lot of the credit. He is a great surgeon and very personable. Never met a doctor that down to earth that will speak to you like one of the guys.

You fill it with ice and water and it circulates it through the pad.

Masonjames, I think that your observation of your surgeon is good. My opinion only, the less the surgeon touches & manipulates the flesh. The less damage is done & fewer nerves are triggered. Thus I believe your recovery is better. A skilled surgeon's every move should accomplish something. Not just prodding around.
69yo, HBP @ 40, high triglycerides @ 45. Phimosis @ 57. Type 2 @ 60. Dr. William Brant May 1, 2023 CX 21cm w/no rte's penoscrotal 6" girth @ 6 months.

looks great. nice and plump looking. Of course a lot of that is swelling post op, but you will still have good girth there.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Implanted on the 1st of this month and got permission, from my surgeon, to start cycling today. Pumped it up as far as I could stand and left it for ten minutes. Then deflated. The deflating was harder than the inflation.
Haven't lost any length but my girth is not what it was. Will the girth improve over the next few months?
