Infrapubic is when the incision is on the abdomen, just above the base of the dick. Peno-scrotal is on the ball sack. My incision was infrapubic, and I activated on day 8.

So, all you guys who pumped early, were you Peno or Infra?
Details, details, details

I pumped at day 7 "AMA" (Against Medical Advice) and I'm penoscrotal. I was supposed to wait until activation at 2 weeks in.

Didn't that hurt? I mean, my incision was still there. I was pretty much healed, but dared not touch the pump because it still felt 'funny'.

It was tender at the incision but that was directly under my penis rather than down on my balls. My pump actually folds up and back when my sack is contracted and I have to coax it out by getting by finger or thumb under the bulb and swinging it into the down position.

Also, I didn't pump to 100% anyway, because that was the biggest concern that I might blow out a corporotomy stitch or something. Had I known more of what I know now, I might have been a little bit more aggressive on those first days around day 7-14. I really didn't officially get activated until day 15 because my doctor does surgeries on Mondays (obviously) and is in the office on Tuesdays, when I "got activated".

For us mere mortals...corporotomy stitches?
My pump was too high. I only found out later that it should have been lower and to the back. If I knew then what I know now, I probably would have done the same thing. The 1st Dr's cut was small and a little higher so I could have gotten away with the activation myself.
Dr. Kramer's cut was really long. My balls are still sore, even after 2 months. Stitching is still noticeable.
Its on my list to ask Dr. Sklar.

Corporotomy is the incision into the corpus cavernosum where one of the two implant cylinders are installed. The tube for that cylinder will exit the corporotomy which will be stitched over the tubing.

As to soreness of the incision, I'm at day 99 and my incision is still a bit sore at times and mine was a normal penoscrotal incision.

I am 5 weeks post op. I can now find the deflate tabs. Could not a week ago. Also when I was deflated 4 days post op I saw stars. No way could I touch the scrotum. I had a scrotoplasty and that caused more areas that could not be touched. Fast forward to now. The titan I think auto inflates when I am sitting on the pump. As the day goes on, my penis is getting harder. Which hurts since it has been stiff since surgery. I don’t have a flaccid penis post op.

Waynetho...what? Your incision was actually on your dick??? Holy shit! Both my implant cuts have been on my balls. All Dr. Kramers vids cuts have been on the guys' balls.
OUCH!

I have a bit of scrotal webbing as I understand it's called - where there's no defined start and end for the penis and scrotum. My incision was right at the base of the penis as I can see it, and approximately where the webbing or excess scrotal skin starts. Yes, it's right where they would have probably done a skin removal (scrotoplasty??) if I had wanted to pay extra for the cosmetic surgery that isn't covered by insurance.

You may be able to see when you go back to the IMPLANT PICTURES thread and view my three posts of pictures from Day 1 post-op through the date I posted. You should be able to see the stitches even though there's more blood trapped in the dermabond (superglue) than where the stitches are.
