I did measure my penis while erect without pills, but with squeezing my pc muscle.

This resulted in 15.5-16 cm none bone pressed ( I actually gave my none bone pressed erect length all the time as my penis length, because I think that s what they use in the studies for penis size) and my bone pressed erect length was/is about 17.5cm (6.9")

If i get 15.5cm (6.1") none bone pressed after surgery I'd be satisfied.

Buy Post-Op underwear, which puts the penis up.

Advantage is, that I do have a very large foreskin, even in erect state it will almost completely cover my glans, meaning I might not experience that much discomfort on the glans (maybe).
