He is the one I may be getting the Rigicon done with. I have an appointment with him for march 19th already.

He is the largest malleable implanter in the US and seems to have a preference for malleables.

rufian what is his name and where is this doctor in the United States who prefers malleable ones, unfortunately I don't understand what they say on the video, I don't know English

Note that Dr Rafael Carrion in this video may have some bias towards malleable since his father, Dr Hernan Carrion, invented the modern malleable implant in 1975
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Just bumped into a paper co-authored by Dr. Rafael Carrion. This is a good reading material on MPP.

Possibly the last surgeon in the US doing penile implants who's a fan of MPP. The bias against MPP in US is several folds higher than bias for MPP

considering he charges 11-13k for both malleable and inflatable, I doubt that is the reason he prefers malleable

Other surgeons like Hakky have criticized the inflatables and how the technology is not quite there yet

It's interesting to note that Francois Eid contributed to this study as well
I was born in 1974. I've had venous leak ED since early 30's, but managed with pde5 inhibitors until mid 40's. I have fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is worldwide acknowledged expert Dr. Laurence Levine

Wolfpacker if I'm not mistaken he helped invent the inflatable implant not the malleable implant. It was him and a Dr. Small... I'm pretty sure I read it somewhere. ..

Its the USA

11k is NOTHING

You know how much the "best" penile surgeons charge is 22-35k cash regardless if is malleable or inflatable

I aint traveling to egypt or india, the risk is too high, not my hometown, dont know the language, infection rates are higher compared to USA, if something bad were to happen im screwed is not my home

Rigi10 in India is only $3500 and it's very tempting. This includes cost of surgery, hospital stay for two days and all the medicines and Anesthesia charges while in hospital. I'm also scared to imagine the worst case scenario in a new country, language and no health insurance, even if the surgeon is highly competent.
