But same you can feel with an IPP, when flacid, BUT you could inflate it once you desire to have sex or masturbation!!!!

I agree Mark1974 with your head space being where it is there's no point trying to go to an AMS or any other implant for that matter. Explant and be done with it. Living without sex isn't the end of the world its made to seem. Monks do it just fine.

You might be right, but when flacid and he doesn't feel this "rods" inside, it might help, no?
And if one day he desires to have a dick, he just inflates it and voila...he has a dick!
And, there won't be any atrophy of the capsula and no scarring, what means less pain and no feling of a "lost" dick!!!
